I am a Chartered Architectural Technologist with over 35 years’ experience and have been involved with a variety of buildings, mainly in the east midlands.
I particularly enjoy working on residential projects that include extensions, new houses and conversions of traditional buildings, including work in conservation areas and Listed Buildings, where sympathetic designs are required.

Architectural Fees
As every project is unique, it is essential to visit the site to determine the extent of the work required and liaise with the client to formulate a brief. Following the visit a detailed, written quotation will be provided.

Architectural Services
Depending on the project and the client’s requirements ANY of the following stages could be provided.
- Survey and sketch plans
- Planning drawings and application
- Building Regulation drawings and application
- Detailed drawings, specification and obtaining tenders from builders
- Arranging contracts and overseeing work on site

I have been working on AutoCad since 1994 and all the drawings are produced on the latest version of AutoCad. Samples of current work can be provided to illustrate the level of detail.
Insurance
I am a member of CIAT and therefore have to have relevant, up to date, professional indemnity insurance. A copy of my certificate is available.
